Аннотация

The study of the informal sector and the employment of the rural population in it is based on the Rosstat database, obtained in 2011-2015 as a result of a survey of households and individuals commissioned by the Government of the Russian Federation. The interview method interviewed rural population aged 16 years and over in nine federal districts. It was revealed that the transition to the market in the 1990s was accompanied by a decline in the level of rural employment in agriculture and growth in other sectors of the agro-industrial complex led to the transformation of the social structure of the village and the formation of the informal sector, one third of those employed in which are rural residents.

Исследование неформального сектора и занятость в нем сельского населения опирается на базу данных обследований домохозяйств и индивидов, проведенных Росстатом в 2011-2015 гг., «Комплексное наблюдение условий жизни населения» и «Выборочное наблюдение доходов населения и участия в социальных программах», где методом интервью опрошено сельское население с 16 лет во всех субъектах 9 федеральных округах, т. ч. Крымском ФО. Выявлено, что переход к рынку в 1990-е годы сопровождался ростом безработицы, бедности, изменениями на рынке труда, появлением разных форм самозанятости. Снижение уровня занятости сельского населения в отрасли сельского хозяйства и рост в других отраслях АПК обусловили структурную отраслевую мобильность (перемещение), трансформацию социальной структуры села и формирование неформального сектора со своей внутренней структурой, в котором треть занятого сельского населения.
